Harry Potter arrives

Hey guys, I’m gonna continue the story now. So that same night something strange happened. Vernon and his family were fast asleep. Then in the street, the cat was sitting as if it was waiting for someone eagerly. After sometime, a tall, bearded, cloaked Man wearing a pointy hat, appeared at the end of the street. Yes, that was professor Dumbledore. He then took out something like a lighter and when he opened it, all the lights went out in the street. He then went straight to the grey cat which was sitting so still for the whole day. When he went and stood near the cat, the cat transformed into a tall,severe-looking woman. She had black hair which was tied up in a tight bun. She wore square spectacles which were the white markings around the cat’s eyes. She then stared right into Dumbledore’s half moon spectacles and through to his twinkling eyes. She told Dumbledore that she was sitting there for a whole day and then asked him why he was late. Dumbledore replied that he was celebrating and it got late. McGonagall mumbled something angrily and asked to Dumbledore where Harry was.Dumbledore told that Hagrid is bringing him. McGonagall looked at him, questioning his decision about making Hagrid bring Harry here. She also asked why Harry should be here with those horrible people who call themselves his aunt and uncle, and not with people of the wizarding world who can take good care of him. Dumbledore answered politely that he needed to be here and if he lives in the wizarding world, his life would be in danger. He said that his aunt and uncle were the only family he has. And he should live the first 10 years with his family. He mentioned that he would trust Hagrid with his life. While they were talking, they heard a loud rumbling noise of a motorcycle. The motorcycle landed on the street with a loud noise and a big, hairy, bearded man climbed out from the flying motorcycle. Yes, that was Rubeus Hagrid with baby Harry in his arms. He told Dumbledore that Harry fell asleep while flying over Bristol. Then professor Dumbledore and McGonagall nodded their heads and then Dumbledore took Harry and placed him in the doorstep of vernon’s house in Number 4, privet drive. McGonagall saw the lighting bolt scar in Harry’s forehead and suddenly became sad. Dumbledore noticed this and told her that the scar is gonna be there forever and Harry is gonna be reminded that he defeated the Dark Lord, Voldemort. McGonagall twitched when she heard the name. Then they said they’re good byes to Harry and left from the place. McGonagall still regretting Dumbledore’s decisions about leaving Harry here. And Dumbledore happily said “The boy who lived”. Hagrid was sobbing and blowing his nose in his large handkerchief. And then they all disappeared. Thank you ! I’ll be posting the next one soon.
